Local Experience You Can Trust
Why choose FloorTech Concrete Coatings? Because the company combines more than two decades of local experience, premium Penntek materials, certified installation, and a hands-on Virginia team that does not subcontract its work. FloorTech grew from the same trusted team behind Medias Painting, bringing years of craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service into concrete coatings. Today, the company serves homeowners and businesses throughout Fredericksburg, Springfield, Richmond, Northern Virginia, and surrounding communities. Whether you are searching for garage floor coatings in Fredericksburg, polyurea floor coatings in Virginia, or a dependable concrete coating company near me, FloorTech focuses on doing the job right and standing behind the result. That local, owner-driven approach gives customers something simple but important: a team that takes pride in every floor because its reputation is tied directly to the work.
Better Materials Better Performance
FloorTech chose Penntek Industrial Coatings after researching coating systems and looking for a better long-term option than traditional paint or epoxy. The system uses a pure polyurea base coat topped with a UV-stable polyaspartic finish, creating a surface designed for real-life conditions such as tire marks, foot traffic, weather, and everyday use. Penntek products are made in the USA and designed to cure faster than traditional epoxy while offering stronger long-term performance. FloorTech also states that its system is 98% more flexible than epoxy, which can help it better handle the natural movement of concrete. The UV-stable topcoat is designed to resist fading and yellowing, helping the finished floor keep its appearance over time. Residential systems are also backed by a limited lifetime warranty, adding another layer of confidence for homeowners investing in a long-term concrete coating upgrade.
The Crew Makes A Difference
Great materials still need to be installed correctly, and FloorTech puts a lot of emphasis on the people doing the work. The company does not subcontract installations. Its crews are background checked, safety trained, and personally trained to meet FloorTech standards. Every project begins with proper concrete preparation, followed by careful application and attention to the details that help create a clean, professional result. The company also emphasizes punctuality, clear communication, clean workspaces, and respect for the customer’s property. FloorTech has earned a BBB A+ rating and reports more than 650 five-star reviews with a 4.9 average across platforms. Those numbers support the company’s broader message: quality service is not just about a fast floor. It is about honesty, craftsmanship, accountability, and making sure the customer feels confident throughout the project.
